- What file formats can I upload for student work?EnlightenAI accepts .docx, .html, CSV/Excel, Google Docs, and copy-paste for student work. PDFs, images, and scanned work are not supported.
- Why does my AI feedback look incomplete?If EnlightenAI feedback is missing a section like the growth area or score, the AI response was interrupted. Click Regenerate to get a full result.
- What does the Regenerate button do?Regenerate rewrites EnlightenAI's feedback text while keeping rubric scores. Save your edits first, since it replaces unsaved changes.
