Who can use the Admin Console?

The EnlightenAI Admin Console is for school and district leaders — staff, district admins, and national admins — to manage their organization.

The EnlightenAI Admin Console is for school and district leaders, not classroom teachers. Anyone with a staff, district admin, national admin, or super national admin role can open it; regular teachers cannot.

Which roles get access?

Admin Console access is tied to your role in an organization. You can open it if you hold any of these roles:

  • Staff — school-level admin for the schools you are directly assigned to

  • District admin — access across all schools in your district

  • National admin — national-level access

  • Super national admin — full access, including managing other national admins

If your only role is teacher, you will use the Teacher console instead. A teacher account does not open the Admin Console.

What can I do in the Admin Console?

The Admin Console gives leaders an organization-wide view and management tools, including:

  • Assignments — view active, draft, and archived assignments across your organization

  • Rubrics — create and manage shared rubrics

  • Growth analytics — track student progress and trends

  • People & roles — manage district admins, staff, and teachers

Super national admins can also invite, promote, and demote national admins. What you see is scoped to your role: staff see their direct schools, while district and national admins see everything below them in the hierarchy.

How do I get admin access?

Roles are assigned by an existing admin in your organization. If you need access, ask your district or national admin to add the right role to your account. Once your role changes, the new access applies the next time you sign in.
