Upload scores back to Illuminate

How to use the Post to Gradebook feature in EnlightenAI to bulk add scores to Illuminate scorebook. You'll first download the responses out of Illuminate, update that file inside EnlightenAI, and then re-upload to bulk update scores. See more below:

Step 1: Find the assessment in Illuminate for which you want to upload scores:

Step 2: Click on the assessment and go to "Reports" on the top-right:

Step 3: Click on "Student Responses":

Step 4: Filter on the classes for which you want to import grades:

Step 5: Once you're filtered on the right population, click the "Student Responses" button to download the file:

Step 6: Save the file as a CSV so you can upload into EnlightenAI:

Step 7: Go back to your grading summary screen on the assignment that has your scores, and click "Post to Gradebook":

Step 8: Drag and drop or click to find your Illuminate file, and upload it into EnlightenAI's file editor:

Step 9: Follow the steps to confirm your upload:

Step 10: Map the EnlightenAI scores that you want to upload into Illuminate so that the right field in EnlightenAI (often the "Total Score" field) maps to the right question number on your Illuminate assessment:

Note: You can also apply multipliers here! For example, if your rubric in EnlightenAI sums to 12 points but you want scores in Illuminate to sum to 24, you can add a multiplier of 2 and translate the scores!

Step 11: Click "Download CSV to download the scores:

Step 12: Back in Illuminate, click on "View Gradebooks":

Step 13: Find the assessment for which you want to upload your scores:

Step 14: Under assessments, go to "Import" and follow the steps to import your scores:
