Uploading Spreadsheets of Written Work to Grade on EnlightenAI

This guide provides a process for uploading and grading written work on CSV spreadsheets using EnlightenAI.

Step 1: Within your Google Sheet or spreadsheet, click "File." If you do not already have a spreadsheet, templates can be found on the EnlightenAI site.

Step 2: After clicking on "Download," select "Comma Separated Values (.csv)."

Step 3: On EnlightenAI, select "Spreadsheets."

Step 4: Click "Import spreadsheet."

Step 5: There are a variety of templates here that you can make copies of. There is even a step-by-step walkthrough video, if needed. When you're ready with your spreadsheet, click "Next."

Step 6: Click "Upload File".

Step 7: If you have more than one question to assess, you can select those additional columns, or if there's no content, you can unselect them. Then click "Next" at the bottom.

Step 8: Select this field to name the question. Click "Next" when you're ready for the next step.

Step 9: Select the first question to grade.

Step 10: Select the grading setup you would like to use. If you have not created a grading setup, select "choose rubric." If you have created a grading setup, select "Pick up where you left off from a previous assignment, using the same rubric and AI training."

Step 11: Click "Start grading."
