Sharing Rubrics with Colleagues or the Community

Step 1: Navigate to https://enlightenme.ai/t

Step 2: Click "Rubrics" on the left.

Step 3: Click the share icon next to one of your rubrics you want to share with colleagues or other teachers on EnlightenAI.

Step 4: Enter the emails of the recipients.

Step 5: Click the "Send" field if you'd like to share the rubric in the "Shared by Teachers" tab on EnlightenAI.

Step 6: Fill out the specific rubric information like state, subject, and grades so others are easily able to locate the rubric.

Step 7: Click "Done."

Step 8: You should now see your rubric(s) featured in the Shared by Teachers tab under "Rubrics" on EnlightenAI. Thank you for sharing and helping others!

Note! If you want to share directly with with one other user, you can enter their email and then click the paper airplane icon:

After that, the person with whom you shared the rubric will see it in their "My Rubrics" section at the very top of the list. It will appear without the other columns of data like "last date used" and "total points" filled in, like this:

The teacher you shared with can then click to view the rubric, and then they will be able to press Accept or Decline on that shared rubric:

After that, the rubric will be added to their personal library!
